The challenge
Venues needed booking, payments, tournaments, and customer communication in one system—but generic tools could not handle multi-tenant isolation, live court states, or local payment proof workflows.
The solution
Tekvers delivered a six-application ecosystem on a NestJS multi-tenant API with WebSockets, Next.js web surfaces, React Native mobile apps for staff and players, WhatsApp-assisted intake, and Pakistan-ready payment flows.
Approach
Multi-tenant domain model
Each venue operates in isolated tenant scope with shared platform infrastructure—locations, courts, staff roles, and booking pipelines stay separated at the data layer.
Live floor operations
Courts expose real-time states (Idle, Soon, Live, Overtime, Inactive) so floor staff coordinate peak hours without shouting across the arena.
Channel-unified bookings
Consumer app, web, walk-in, phone, and WhatsApp inquiries feed one calendar—eliminating double bookings from parallel spreadsheets.
Payments without gateway lock-in
Cash, bank-transfer proof with sender capture, partial payments, and JazzCash/Easypaisa when configured—venues launch before merchant keys are ready.
