GT Estate
Real Estate Platform
A full-stack real estate platform built with Next.js 14 and NestJS. The public site includes a modern UI (Tailwind, Framer Motion), hero and quick search, featured properties, and sections for tech features and testimonials. Planned and in progress: AI-powered property matching, VR tours, smart home integration, and a dashboard. Built with TypeScript across website, API, and admin tooling.
Velay
Multi-Tenant Sports Venue Booking Platform
Technical Lead / Project Manager
Led the design and delivery of Velay, a multi-tenant booking and venue-management SaaS for sports and gaming facilities in Pakistan — padel courts, futsal/cricket turfs, table tennis, gaming stations, and snooker. The product spans a NestJS API, operations dashboard, customer and vendor React Native (Expo) apps, and a public Next.js web presence, with shared APIs, granular RBAC, real-time facility state, WhatsApp booking automation, AI-assisted natural-language booking, and tournament management.
- Owned end-to-end delivery across 6 codebases (API, platform API, admin dashboard, customer app, vendor app, web) with phased milestones and a 4,800+ endpoint Postman collection as the integration source of truth.
- Led the mobile team shipping parallel customer and vendor Expo apps — venue discovery, map browsing, sport-specific checkout, live facility monitoring, walk-in bookings, and analytics.
- Architected multi-tenant NestJS with JWT/RBAC, WebSocket live ops, modular billing/payments/inventory/canteen services, and WhatsApp conversational booking.
- Delivered a React 19 admin dashboard with booking calendar, live occupancy, staff roles, tournaments, and location-scoped permissions for on-site operations.
Strikers Gear
E-Commerce Platform
Full-stack e-commerce for sports gear (shoes, jerseys, accessories). Built with a NestJS + MongoDB API, React (Material UI) admin dashboard for products, stock, and orders, and a Next.js storefront/landing with dynamic hero banners, category and brand pages, and mobile-first layout. Includes category-wise size systems, per-size stock, cart & COD checkout, Facebook Pixel, and WhatsApp order sharing. Currently evolving the storefront and landing experience.
